Part time fee waiver scheme

If you are a Scottish domiciled student studying a part-time undergraduate course at Robert Gordon University, and you meet one of the criteria listed below, you may be exempt from paying course fees.

It is important that you apply for this scheme before enrolling on the course so that we can see if you are eligible for assistance with fees.

Eligible Courses

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this scheme you must meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • Your family is in receipt of: Income Support, Housing Benefit, Working Tax Credit, Pension Credit or Income based Job Seekers Allowance.
  • You are in receipt of: Severe Disablement Allowance, Disability Living Allowance, Incapacity Benefit, Carer's Allowance or Attendance Allowance.
  • You are a registered job seeker, and have been so for a continuous period of no less than 6 weeks prior to the date of application.
  • The sole income to your family is DWP benefits.
  • The net income of your family is lower than the threshold for receiving income support.
