You can pay by credit card (Visa / Mastercard) or by bank draft, bank cheque or bank transfer to our bank account. If you are resident in the UK, we can also accept payment by UK cheque or debit card.

When making any payments to us:

  • Remember to include your student reference number
  • Without your student reference number we will find it difficult to trace your payment and your application may be delayed as a result
  • If you are transferring payment direct to our bank account, you must also send us a copy of the transfer documentation to studentfinance@rgu.ac.uk

You can pay:

  • By credit/debit card online
  • By credit/debit card at the InfoZone
  • By cheque or bankers draft at the Infozone
  • By bank transfer into our bank account

Payment by credit card / debit card:

  • Online via www.rgu.ac.uk/yourgateway - You will need your university username and password to access the portal. Online your can pay your tuition fees, accommodation costs, parking permit and for those of you on arts courses your arts materials.
  • Alternatively you can pay by credit card at the Infozone or phone the Student Finance department with your card details: +44 1224 262664.

Payments by cheque/ bank draft :

  • Payable to Robert Gordon University
  • Bring your cheque or bankers draft to the Infozone.

Bank account details

You should only send tuition fees and accommodation costs to the University's bank account. We cannot accept transfers that include extra money such as personal expenses and will refund any extra money received back to your home country. Please note that there may be bank charges for bank transfers which you are responsible for paying.
