The dates for SIE's summer Bootcamp for young entrepreneurs have now been confirmed. There will be two residential sessions at Stirling University to choose from: 27-29 June, and 2-4 July.
The sessions will be followed by two
optional follow-up half-days: 26 July (Edinburgh) and 23 August (Glasgow) with
the last day being a chance for participants to pitch their idea to a panel of
judges and win a cash prize.
The programme follows three phases: Explore > Pursue > Launch.
The first phase encourages students to think about their idea and an
appropriate business model. The next phase shows them how to pursue their idea
by testing and developing the model. The final stage will ready students for
the activities needed to launch, from operations & sales to pitching for
funding.
All attendees must complete an online entry form.
Applications are now open. They will close on 14 May and successful
applicants will be informed.
Feedback from Bootcamp 11 was extremely positive and we're sure that this year
will be even better.
