Duties and Responsibilities

Renee is Head of Global Partnerships (Academic and Corporate). She is responsible for the development and management of partnerships with community colleges, universities and corporate clients to enable activities and course entry to achieve the strategic objectives of Aberdeen Business School and the university.

This additionally requires working with corporate clients, to identify needs, and design and develop learning solutions to support improved business and team performance. 

Academic Background

Prior to her present post, Renee was the Organisational Development (OD) Specialist based in the HR Department, RGU, with responsibility for the development of interventions and facilitation to support the university’s organisational performance, leadership and team development.

Previous roles include;

General manager, KACEBI, a spinout training company at a private university based in Uralsk, Kazakhstan

Company director, Lighthouse/Newleaders, a communications and eLearning company

Manager, Vocational Training Unit, University of Aberdeen
