Isaac is an ordained Minister with the Scottish Episcopal (Anglican) Church. He graduated as a General Nurse and specialised in Psychiatric Nursing. After serving in India and in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates as a Psychiatric Nurse, he came to Edinburgh to train as Presbyter in Scottish Episcopal Church. He obtained his Master of Theology degree from the University of Edinburgh and moved to Aberdeen.

Isaac serves as the Rector of St John’s Episcopal Church, St John’s Place, off Crown Street in the city centre of Aberdeen.  He serves as the Chaplain at RGU, four hours a week through mutual arrangement with St John’s Church. He also serves as a Canon of St Andrew’s Cathedral on Kings Street in Aberdeen. 

Isaac holds a Doctorate in Ministry from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. He is a trained Spiritual Director and offers Ignatian Spiritual Exercises. He has special interest in religious music and rituals of all faiths. He enjoys music, films, photography, art, trekking, writing and publishing.

As the Chairman of the Friends of Vellore, Scotland he organises fundraising events for this and other charities and promotes international student exchange. He advocates cordial and creative engagement between faiths and believes in the fundamental unity of the humanity and woks to celebrate its richness.
