Josey is a member of the Scottish Government Health Department/NHS Education for Scotland Recruitment and Retention Delivery Group and is a Senior Lecturer in the area of Recruitment, Admission and Selection. She is highly influential in leading the support for disabled students and has a great deal of expertise with wider access and FE partner working.
