Professional Background

I came to Robert Gordon University in August 2014 as a full time member of the School of Engineering. Prior to this, I was a lecturer in the department of Mechanical and Construction Engineering at Northumbria University, Newcastle upon Tyne, where I was involved in research, teaching and learning at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

I obtained my MSc and PhD degrees in Mechanical Engineering at Northumbria University and my doctoral research focused on buoyancy driven turbulent flows associated with radiation in a high density enclosure. I also had several industrial work experiences.
