Jenny has worked within the Robert Gordon University since 1999. She is currently responsible for advising staff within the School of Applied Social Studies on the best way to incorporate eLearning into their teaching, updating teaching materials and trains in use of VLEs and various software. In addition, Jenny deals with student inductions to blended learning and has taken responsibility for the School's website.

She has specific expertise in copyright relating to digitised materials, e-moderating and in the provision of general eLearning advice to people in a range of roles.

Jenny previously worked for five years in the Department of eLearning within RGU, carrying out research and developing the Virtual Learning Space. She has also worked as an advisor for the Learning Networks project and as an eLearning Advisor on the Stor Curam Project providing support and training to academics from across Scotland in the use of eLearning within social work education.
