Academic Background

A qualified solicitor, Sarah practised for a number of years in litigation and in corporate and commercial law. Prior to joining the department in January 2010, she taught at the University of Aberdeen. 

Research Interests

Delict/tort law, including its overlap with human rights law; and also Employment law.
