An enthusiastic person is required to join a professional team within the Accommodation section of Estates & Property Services to undertake a handyman role for a busy student residences site, assisting with janitorial duties as required. Basic maintenance experience in areas such as joinery, electrics, plumbing and painting would be an advantage. Record keeping is also a requirement of this role.
