Measuring the User Experience
1. Overview
The course will introduce the core skills used to design and implement usability evaluation studies based on metrics. There is a focus on quantitative analysis and interpretation of data.

2. What you will study
This 2 day course will provide an overview of evaluation in user experience design. Further topics will include the design of evaluation studies, an introduction to metrics and measurement scales, evaluation study planning and user experience measurement. The course will also include sessions on data presentation and interpretation.

The course is delivered through lecture presentations with practical exercises and class discussions.
