Studied at the school between 1998 – 2004

Annie KenyonAnnie now runs her own Architectural practice specialising in the restoration and conversion of existing buildings. Her career has taken her to work in architectural practices in both London and Edinburgh, before establishing her own practice and undertaking part-time lecturing at The Scott Sutherland School.

“Looking back at my time studying at the Scott Sutherland School, I remember it being lots of fun but very hard work. However, it was obviously “meant to be” as I suddenly realised my passion for Architecture. Unlike many of my peers I did not come straight from school and was unsure of the subjects I wanted to follow. However as soon as I started the course I knew it was right. Honours year was when I realised that architecture was going to be my “life” and I spent all day, everyday working on my final project, a marina based at Aberdeen Harbour. With people like Neil and David encouraging me it turned into a very successful time for me. I thoroughly enjoyed the course.”
