Study Abroad

Study Abroad

Aberdeen Business School offers its undergraduate students the opportunity to take part in Study Abroad programmes across Europe, North America and South East Asia, with no extra time being added to their degree.

All of our partner institutions teach in English, so students can get the international experience of a lifetime without having to know a foreign language, although there is the option of learning the basics before and during their stay. If, like around one hundred ABS students every year, you are tempted by this exciting chance to explore and live in a new country, whilst giving your CV an attractive international boost then Study Abroad could be for you.New Horizons: two students

For Students at our Partner Institutions

Programmes such as our Summer School are available for groups of students from other higher education institutions around the world. The Bachelors Link Programme is tailored for students at one of our partner colleges throughout North America who wish to spend one year in Scotland and achieve a Bachelors degree.

Scholarships and Aid

The online-platform european-funding-guide supports students and PhD candidates finding financial aid for their studies. For the first time in the UK, a special matching-method searches a database with more than 12,000 scholarships of which 4,000 are specifically targeted at UK students and shows each user the matching scholarships for his or her curriculum. The database contains a variety of scholarships that support students e.g. paying their cost of living, financing their semester abroad or supporting them during their dissertation. In addition, the platform provides numerous templates for applications and articles about how to apply for a scholarship.

The Summer School Programme at Aberdeen Business School is part of the Europe-wide Summer Schools in Europe initiative. It includes individual and group activities, company visits to renowned local and multinational businesses, and invaluable presentations and case studies relevant to the students’ area of study. We actively encourage our international students to take advantage of many of the exceptional activities available in Scotland while they are here.
