This course will enhance your property development skills and knowledge, thus helping you to pursue a career as a property developer. It aims to provide a greater understanding of the development process, and correspondingly adds depth to the understanding of the broad economic and business context within which the industry operates.
Course material has a strong commercial focus and a practical orientation, and provides the student with the essential knowledge and skills necessary to formulate and evaluate development proposals, and to finance and manage the development process.
The course is appropriate if you wish to broaden your knowledge and understanding of the subject and seek the skills to engage in development activities.

Applicants should normally have a degree from any subject, not necessarily related to a Built Environment or Engineering background.
Applicants who do not hold an honours degree but who have relevant professional membership of a recognised professional body or relevant industry experience, will normally be considered favourably for recruitment subject to interview.
For international students 6.5 IELTS or its equivalent in TOEFL is required.
This course is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and can lead to full corporate membership after completion of the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
