Application for admission to all our courses can be done via the online application process.
Paper Application
If you prefer to complete a paper application you can either request an application form from the Admissions Office or select and download one of the two forms below.
International applicants for full-time study ONLY should select the following:

On the application form please indicate clearly the course you wish to apply for. Completed application forms should be sent to the RGU Admissions Office:

When your application is received it is logged on to the University system and forwarded to the Aberdeen Business School where the decision to offer or not to offer you a place is made.

MSc Human Resource Management
For the HRM course you are required to complete a personal assessment form (see below) and send it with the completed application form. You can find more information about this by either contacting the Course Leader for MSc Human Resource Management or the Admissions Office (see above).
Degree by Research
Applications for admission to study for research degrees - PhD or Professional Doctorates should be made directly to the Research Degrees Officer.
Enrolment is possible throughout the year. Completed applications should be returned to the Research Degrees Officer together with:
- two references
- a transcript or mark sheet for applicants with overseas qualifications
- IELTS 6.5 score certificate for students whose first language or language of University education is not English or equivalent. There is also a web link on our pages
Applications are passed to the appropriate School for consideration. Candidates are assessed on the basis of their academic fitness and general suitability to undertake research and the relevance of their previous studies and experience to the proposed research topic.
You may be invited to attend an interview. Applicants should receive a decision on their application within 8 weeks.
