As the Vice Principal, Corporate Operations, of The Robert Gordon University, Vicki is a member of the Executive Leadership Team of the University, managing an extensive portfolio of over £100m of academic services and 600 staff across the University to support the Principal and the Board to ensure that it has excellent leadership, corporate services and risk management to enable institutional excellence.  As part of the Executive her role is also  to ensure that the University is best placed nationally and internationally to take advantage of academic and commercial opportunities to maximise resources and continuously improve the student experience.

Outside of her ‘day job’, Vicki has dedicated her spare time to many boards and charities in order to contribute to the community in the North of Scotland which she cares so passionately about.  She has been appointed as an independent Governor/Director to the Boards/Courts of the UHI and the Glasgow School of Art providing strategic leadership and governance at institution level.
