After completing his schooling at Robert Gordon's College, Tim attended Robert Gordon University studying Accounting and Finance from 1995 until 1999 gaining an award of 2.1 honours. During this time he also received a 'half blue' for representing the University at curling.

Tim Stevenson.jpgAfter University, Tim joined KPMG and thereafter qualified as a Chartered Accountant. In 2004 he left KPMG to join GSS Developments (Aberdeen) Ltd a family run property development company, where he still works as a Director today. Tim is also a Director of ABZ Development Limited which is successfully developing ABZ Business Park adjoining Aberdeen Airport.

Tim married Jodi in 2006 and they have three children.

Tim is also a past President of the St Andrew Society of Aberdeen. He was also Treasurer of the organising committee for the European Curling Championships 2009 which were hosted in Aberdeen.

In his spare time as well as curling Tim is also a keen golfer.
