Staff Networks
RGU has a number of networks promoting equality and diversity
LGBT+ Network
Founded in 2014, the staff network empowers LGBT staff to meet, share information, provide support and through establishing a visible presence on campus ensures that the university remains a vibrant and inclusive environment in which all staff can reach their full potential without the fear of discrimination.
The group meet regularly and promote events through the bulletin and our mailing list. To join the mailing list please email: lgbtstaffnetwork@rgu.ac.uk.
Women’s Network
The network is open to all staff who are female or who identify as female. It aims to provide an open, inclusive and supportive environment for women from across the university to meet and share information, knowledge and experience.
